Mahatma Gandhi’s paternal house, where he spent his childhood is among the most important places to visit in Rajkot. He had lived in a house off the Gheekanta Road from 1881 to 1887 AD which was known as Kaba Gandhi No Delo. The house has now been converted into a Smruti museum and is managed by an NGO.
