Copy and past ~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft > Go. Move Teams to trash. Open spotlight search> Keychain access. In keychain access, search for Teams> teams identities cache. Delete.

From the list of available Microsoft accounts select the one you want to remove. After selecting the account you will see button "Disconnect" click on it.
