  3. 'I don't normally wear black in summer' is correct. The rule is that the adverb of frequency comes between the auxilliary and the main verb. But you could also put 'normally' at the beginning or the end of the sentence and say 'Normally I don't wear black in summer' or 'I don't wear black in summer normally'. All of those are correct!
