Robert Michael "Rob" Hilliard is one of the protagonists in the movie. He has three daughters named Jasmine, Amber, and Bridgett from his three ex-wives, "The cheater, The beater, and The eater".
He is Half-Filipino and a three-times divorced man who is currently married to Gloria Noonan-Hilliard, a woman who is 30 years older than him. He is constantly made fun of by the rest of the group because of his older wife and of his poultice made with "maize" (eventually it is corn).
Rob has a new age vibe and is depicted as a vegetarian, who forces his ideals on others and refusing to cook meat. However, at one point he gave in to his vices by eating chicken.
He is shown to be a having three daughters from different ex-wives all of whom have resentment towards him for not being there. His oldest Jasmine shows up and she is shown to have daddy issues and is eye candy for his friends. When he is shot in the foot with an arrow, his other daughters show up with his middle Amber being as attractive as Jasmine while his youngest Bridgett is the one that resembles Rob the most.
When they are at the water park, Rob is dismayed Marcus gets Jasmine and Amber a pair of bikini that everyone thinks they are hot in. After one of the lifeguards makes fun of Bridgett and Rob for looking ugly, an offended Rob stands up for his daughter by angrily pushing the man down the slide. When Jasmine is seen with a ice pack on her head saying she hit her head, Rob mistakenly and angrily thinking Marcus banged his daughter by saying that the girl hit her head has a fight with him. Jasmine reveals that she only flirted with Marcus to get a reaction from Rob and he calms down. However, Rob kicks Marcus in the crotch when Amber implies that she slept with him but it is misunderstanding because Marcus only snores loudly that everyone heard. Marcus tells Rob that he wouldn't hurt like him that.
After everyone come together, Rob is happy when his daughters put aside their resentment towards him and hugs him along with Gloria.
Rob Is Shown To Be Very Respectful And Calm. He Is Vegetarian Until He Gets Emotional He Reached In The Chicken Bucket With Ashy Hands.
Rob was removed from Grown Ups 2 due to scheduling conflicts and he was replaced by Nick Hilliard, which is his brother.
