5 de jun. de 2022 · You have to file a complaint against Activision with the BBB (Better Business Bureau). It's the only way I was able to get in touch with them. Their website will just give you the runaround and you'll get nowhere. Go through the BBB and you will get an email from Activision within a couple of business days.
8 de jun. de 2021 · When I enabled 2fa back in april with google auth it worked fine and I can log in into my activision account just fine. When I tried logging to my account in May, the 2fa login loop problem happened. I typed out the auth code (without spaces) it didn't work and it will just send me back to the login page.
I have pretty much the same problem you have. Bought CoD: Vanguard, and my ancient hotmail address was associated with my Xbox account. I can log in with my password, even with the Xbox button (on the Activision.com login screen), but I cannot change the email because they have 2FA enabled where they send a code to the email in their system.
12 de nov. de 2023 · Been like that for me too, can't login using steam or battle.net that are both linked to Activision. Only signing in through my actual Activision account works. I reset my password too, not sure if that helped but maybe
18 de dez. de 2019 · The only thing that is driving me freaking damn nuts is I'm trying to Link my PlayStation account to my Activision account and it keeps telling me account verification is required to make this change to your account a code will be sent to your email address to verify but I have done it hundreds of times and it still doesn't let me freaking damn Activision can't do anything right always making ...
27 de jun. de 2021 · Try to add information to prove that it is your account you are trying to recover. In my case I told them which was my email linked to the account, PSN and Blizzard accounts linked (include username and #), try to add any recent purchase you have done, I told them that changed my password recently and in which platform I'm currently playing.
20 de jun. de 2024 · I have contacted Activision support and filled out literally 3 tickets and might be on the 4th one. However, I received the response that they didn't detect any sus activity on my account (when literally the hacker has access to my account) I can still login to my fb acc though so the account is partially still mine.
22 de set. de 2021 · Hi! I finally can login in my CoD Account… Go to Activision/Call of Duty website and click on "Support". When ask for your 2FA, click on "Need Help" and then "Contact Support". Put your backup code that you received by e-mail. After all that, if you logged on your account, go to security and disable 2FA. So you can access your account without it.

I know the email. but dont know the password that is connected to it, i am literally signed into the account on both of my xbox and laptop but wont let me change the password as i need to get into the account to verify it.
