Virginia Wade is a British former professional tennis player who won three singles and four doubles Grand Slam titles. She is the only British woman to have won Wimbledon singles and the most recent one until Emma Raducanu in 2021.

Virginia Wade was the first British female to win Wimbledon in 1977 and the last until Andy Murray in 2013. She also won three other majors, 55 singles titles, and represented Britain in Fed Cup and Wightman Cup.
