Richard Carl Wesley (born August 1, 1949) is a senior United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
In 1986, he was elected to a 14-year term as a Justice of the Supreme Court in the Seventh Judicial District of New York, which is headquartered in Rochester, New York, and encompasses Livingston County and seven other counties.

Richard C. Wesley is a Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. At the time of his appointment in 2003, he was a Judge of the New York Court of Appeals.
Justice Wesley was elected to the Supreme Court in 1986 and served as the Administrator of the Judicial Hearing Officer Program and as Supervising Judge of the Criminal Courts of the Seventh Judicial District.
