O Palácio Ducal (em italiano: Palazzo Ducale), também conhecido como Palácio do Doge, é um símbolo da cidade de Veneza e uma obra-prima do gótico veneziano. Surge na área monumental da Piazza San Marco, entre a Piazzetta e o Molo. O palácio actual foi construído entre 1309 e 1424.
