Newington College is a multi-campus independent Uniting Church single-sex and co-educational early learning, primary and secondary day and boarding school for boys, located in Stanmore, an inner-western suburb of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

Newington College was founded in 1863. It was established as a result of a growing view in the Wesleyan Methodist Church that an institution higher than elementary school was needed in Sydney. Rev John Allen Manton (1807–1864) was its leading advocate and the College’s first president.

Newington College educates students from pre-Kindy to Year 12 across its four campuses - the senior campus (7-12) in Stanmore in Sydney's thriving inner west; Wyvern House Prep (K-6) and the Newington College Early Learning Centre (for boys and girls aged 3, 4 and 5), both in Stanmore, and Lindfield Prep (K-6).
Newington College offers the PYP and DP for boys from K-12 across three campuses in Sydney. It is a Uniting Church school with a liberal policy, a strong sense of community and a range of co-curricular activities.
