Biography. The Hon. Jennifer H. Rearden is a judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. She was nominated to the bench by President Joe Biden on January 19, 2022, filling a seat vacated by the Hon. Richard J. Sullivan. Her nomination was confirmed by the United States Senate on September 8, 2022.
