25 de mai. de 2023 · Nestled below the majestic Mingus Mountain in the breathtaking Verde Valley, the Main Street exudes an air of rich history and nostalgia. What strikes me first about Cottonwood is its unique climate, influenced by its altitude of 3,300 feet.
Self-proclaimed as "The Biggest Little Town in Arizona" since the 1920s, Cottonwood is in Arizona's Verde Valley. At 3,300 ft (1,000 m) elevation it's spared the heat of the low desert and the cold of the high plateau.
Old town Cottonwood has old historic charm… cute stores and wine tasting.. some night they have live music.. we really enjoyed the restaurants, Nic’s, crema, Bocce and the Tavern Grill.. all very different and all owned by the same couple .
