La constitution du Danemark est la loi suprême régissant le fonctionnement de l'État danois. Le pays a connu trois constitutions au cours de son histoire 1 : la Constitution du 5 juin 1849 ; la Constitution du 28 juillet 1866 ; la Constitution du 5 juin 1953, actuellement en vigueur.
The Constitution of 1849 established a bicameral parliament, the Rigsdag, consisting of the Landsting and the Folketing. The most significant change in the Constitution of 1953 was the abolishment of the Landsting, leaving the unicameral Folketing.

The Danish Constitution is the most basic law in Denmark. All other laws and decisions within the Danish society shall be conducted with regards to the Constitution. The Constitution was introduced June 5th 1849. With it, the absolute monarchy in Denmark ended.
