Neptune is the main boss located at Fishman Island, in order to get to Fishman Island you need to follow the maze through Fishman Cave. Neptune has 2 drops, Neptune's Trident (1%), and Neptune's Crown (5%).
The requirement for the quest is level 230
Neptune's M1 Damage is 30
He can also heal himself if you don't attack him for a while.
Bring someone else to help you if you are still a low level. Because of his high damage and abilty to summon sharks.
