O WRI Brasil faz parte do World Resources Institute (WRI). Fundado em 1982, o WRI conta com cerca de 1,7 mil profissionais pelo mundo, com escritórios em Brasil, China, Colômbia, Índia, Indonésia, México e Estados Unidos, além de escritórios regionais na África e na Europa.
The mission of the World Resources Institute (WRI) is to “move society to provide for the needs and aspirations of current and future generations”. It seeks to promote a sustainable human society with a basis of human health and well-being, environmental sustainability, and economic opportunity.
