Before an upgrade: 1) Remember to make backup/export files before an upgrade and save them on another storage device; 2) Make sure the device will not lose power during upgrade process;
I have just kindly asked and I ask for a help. Does it matter that my router is Tenda, since it's powered by Mikrotik RouterOS v6.41.4? Their manual says that in the case of password lost only what I need to do is to reset the router and username/password should set to admin/admin.
25 de jul. de 2023 · Jacob Baines @Junior_Baines. Up until version 6.49.8 (July 20, 2023), MikroTik RouterOS Long-term was vulnerable to CVE-2023-30799. Remote and authenticated attackers can use the vulnerability to get a root shell on the router. Demonstration of CVE-2023-30799 on MikroTik RouterOS 6.48.7 MIPSBE.
