The Goldeneye Setup Editor is an ROM-hacking tool developed by SubDrag, with assistance from zoinkity, Wreck, and the contributions of countless other hackers. The editor has numerous functions, and has certainly exceeded the setup editor moniker (word moniker means - "a name").
