Now that you have met Samuel Hayden, he has helped you locate the Final Hell Priest on Sentinel prime, a city from your past long forgotten to you. The only way to reach Sentinel Prime is through a gateway hidden within the core of Mars....Modern Problems require Modern Solutions. Blow a hole in it.
Shoot a Hole in Mars
In order to access the gateway to sentinel prime, you will need to blow a hole into Mars. To do that you will need to go to the UAC facility and gain access to the BFG-10,000.
After a short cutscene take the elevator down to the facility that has now been overrun by demons. The UAC has let them in to try and stop you from accessing the BFG. Find the room with the three large crate you can jump on top of.
Jump inside the vent above them and punch the grate on the other side to create an exit. Make your way through the vents, fighting the demons inside until you find another vent you can punch to drop down in the room that was previously blocked. The teleporter inside there will take you to a demon encounter. Clear out the demons to move on to the next area.
Continue to follow the marker, you will be pretty much following a straight path for this mission. Your next large encounter will introduce you to the Pain elemental.
Though it looks similar to the Cacaodemon, the Pain Elemental is much stronger and doesn't have the same grenade swallowing weakness. The best option for taking them down is the Ballista, which excels at fighting flying demons.
You will also face a Doom Hunter once again. When he appears, focus on getting him off his barge first to remove his shield, then you can start to thin out other enemies, returning to him when you are stocked up on health and ammo.
Once the demons are cleared out the marker will point you to a hatch that opens up you can drop into to sneak into the base from under it. use the pistons in the room to reach the top marked by your hud.
Now that giant hole has been blown into mars, you must now make your way to the surface to gain access to the Portal.
To reach the portal you will need to fight your way to a cannon so you can load yourself inside a cannon and fire yourself closer to escape pods on the UAC facilities. Yes it's crazy, but it works i guess?
You will have to fight a small combat encounter, but then just follow your marker to the control room, to get the cannon ready for you to load yourself inside.
Walk up to the cannon and load yourself inside. Get ready for a bumpy ride.
The facility you get shot too is filled with tentacles, stay sharp and keep your combat shotgun out to easily take care of any that pop out of the ground. The Back right corner of the room will have some crates you can jump on top of to reach the marker.
continue to the marker to reach the next area and drop down into the chasm below. Follow the marker to a grab wall on the right side of the floating debris. There you will see a jump pad you can dash too.
After taking the escape pod you will be on the final stretch of the mission, after a short walk you will enter your last combat encounter, seeing the portal to Sentinel Prime
This is a longer combat encounter and will basically throw at you every demon you have come across in Doom Eternal So far. Luckily there are plenty of ways to keep moving, so focus on the demons you have the most trouble with, until the doom hunter shows up.
Once the doom hunter shows up, focus on getting him off his shield barge, then return to spreading the love to other demons in the area. Once you finish off the demons in the area the gate will open, letting you access the portal to Sentinel Prime.
this will finish the mission and transport you to Sentinel Prime. This will be the first mission you do not transfer back to the Fortress of doom before doing the next mission. You will be transported straight to the next mission, Sentinel Prime.
Non-cultist UAC personnel on Phobos used the BFG-10000 against a demonic attack. The Doom Slayer traveled to the Phobos facility to use the BFG-10000 to blow a hole into Mars in order to gain access to the ancient city of Hebeth located in Mars's core.

Why was the Doom Slayer sent to Mars? Doomguy is taken out of normal duty and shipped to Mars to assist the UAC after assaulting a senior officer for ordering him to engage civilians. Teleportation experiments go wrong and hell breaks loose on Mars’ moons.
Go through the tunnel and kill two cacodemons that fly towards you, then jump down and dash towards a large building where some mecha zombies are shooting at you. Two barons will spawn as soon as you land, but there is a unit of BFG ammo on the upper floor that you can use if needed.
