Here is a list of supervillains appearing in DC Comics who are or have been enemies of the superhero Superman. Several of Superman's opponents (most notably Darkseid and Brainiac) are or have been foes of the Justice League as well.

Lex Luthor has been Superman's archenemy for most of the superhero's existence. He has been envisioned as Superman's dual opposite; morally depraved and relying on intellect over strength. Rather than harnessing his genius for good, Luthor seizes power for his own benefit and is a threat at large.
Of course, the mad, oft-bald genius was going to make this list! Lex Luthor is Superman's arch-nemesis for a reason, after all. He was created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster, making his debut appearance in Action Comics #43 all the way back in 1930.
Regarded as one of the most powerful beings in the DC Universe, Darkseid serves as one of Superman's greatest adversaries and the archenemy of the Justice League.
