Today, the Fair is one of the largest state fairs in the country hosting nearly 1 million people annually at the end of July through early August. The Ohio State Fair Concert Series has brought in acts such as Toby Keith, Reba McEntire, and Styx/Cheap Trick.
Parking. General parking is free to fairgoers in the main lots north of the Cardinal Gate. Reserved parking is not available to the general public for purchase. Public Transportation. COTA Line 8 and Line 22 bus stops are available on 11 th Ave just west of Ohio Gate 8 South Entrance.
