The Snowbelt, Snow Belt, Frostbelt, or Frost Belt is the region near the Great Lakes in North America where heavy snowfall in the form of lake-effect snow is particularly common.
1 de fev. de 2019 · Snowbelt States. In the United States, there are several regions where snowbelts are located from the Lake Erie region of Cleveland to New York. The snowbelt region then stretches from Rochester in New York to Utica and Watertown in the northern region of New York.
