Ernest Henry Shackleton CVO OBE FRSG (Kilkea, condado de Kildare, 15 de fevereiro de 1874 — Geórgia do Sul, 5 de janeiro de 1922) foi um explorador polar que liderou três expedições britânicas à Antárctida, e uma das principais figuras do período conhecido como Idade Heroica da Exploração da Antártida .
Sir Ernest Henry Shackleton CVO OBE FRGS FRSGS (15 February 1874 – 5 January 1922) was an Anglo-Irish Antarctic explorer who led three British expeditions to the Antarctic. He was one of the principal figures of the period known as the Heroic Age of Antarctic Exploration.
