For sale is this vintage 1965 Mosrite of California The Ventures Model (Mark) II electric guitar. This particular example, serial number B126, is in excellent 100% all original condition and includes the original hard shell case!

Up for sale, a 1964 Mosrite Ventures Model in excellent condition and in perfect working order. A particularly early example, this Mosrite boasts all the hallmarks of the 1964 model year including smooth chrome knobs, a mint green pickguard, and of course the famous sandcast "Vibramute" tailpiece.
20 de jun. de 2024 · However, in 1963, the band signed a contract with the Semi Moseley and his fledgling Mosrite company; the Ventures funded production at Mosrite’s Bakersfield, CA factory and began to exclusively play Mosrites instruments, and in return Semi Moseley began producing the “Ventures Model,” with the band’s logo prominently placed (above even the Mosrite logo) on the headstock.
In turn, Mosrite put The Ventures name on their guitars. The Ventures were wildly popular in Japan and this created world-wide demand for the guitars. The Ventures line started in 1963 and ran through 1967 or 1968 when the licensing agreement ended.
18 de mai. de 2010 · The Ventures MK I featured a bolt-on maple neck, rosewood fretboard, two high-output single-coil pickups—with the neck position being slanted—a Vibramute tremolo, and a Roller Matic bridge. The headstock features both the company logo and that of the famous instrumental band that endorsed the guitar.
