Prince Medion (メディオン?) is the youngest imperial prince of Destonia, who is a playable character in Shining Force III Scenario 2: Target: Child of God, while being a major NPC in Shining Force III Scenario 1: God Warrior of the Kingdom and Shining Force III Scenario 3: Bulzome Rising.

Medion works parallel to Synbios of Aspinia, often disposing of rogue Aspinian elements to spare Synbios's force from fighting against its own countrymen. At the end of the game, Medion is forced to battle with Synbios' force when Julian steps in to stop them.
I believe on the shining force forums you can find them, and elsewhere. The easiest emulator to use in my opinion is Mednafen. If you use Mac it is easy with openEMU, if you use PC, it is a little more tricky.
You will find here a record of my quest of the perfect levels for the Medion army in scenario 3. From level 1 to 30 after the second promotion. More than the points you can get, I wrote the time required to get each perfect level.
