Matt Monro (born Terence Edward Parsons, 1 December 1930 – 7 February 1985) was an English singer. Known as "The Man with the Golden Voice", he performed internationally during his 30-year career.

A former bus driver turned traditional pop singer, with a smooth baritone voice, he was a major star in his native England for years but only had a few hits in America, most notably "My Kind of Girl" (1961) and "Walk Away" (1965).
