1 de mai. de 2017 · Five years ago, Linda Stotch took her own life in their house’s living room. That same week, her son Butters disappeared. Three months ago, a new bar opened up near the car mechanic’s workshop Kenny works at. And four days ago, a third of all South Park residents’ bank accounts froze up.

Bunny is the slash ship between Butters Stotch and Kenny McCormick from the South Park fandom.
In "Going Native," the friendship between the two boys is truly developed. When the boys confront Butters for beating up Scott Malkinson, Butters suddenly explodes with anger and begins to tell them all off, calling all of them "fake and stuck-up" and that the only one among them who has any sense of dignity is Kenny. This prompts Cartman to suggest that Kenny is apparently Butters' best friend, and then teases Kenny by asking if the two of them are going to make out, annoying him. Butters later learns that he was born in Hawaii, and that he must go there for his Hapa Noa. When the other boys hear about this, they manage to convince Kenny to try and stop him. When Kenny arrives at the airport, he finds Butters crying, and its revealed that he isn't allowed on the plane. Kenny then tries to get Butters to come home, but he refuses.
Kenny decides to help Butters, and takes him by the hand to the check-in desk, where the employee eventually allows him to fly, on the condition that Kenny must accompany him, thus the two venture to Hawaii together. After arriving, Butters is greeted by a group of natives who have arranged for his ceremony, but do not approve of Kenny being present. Butters begs for them to let Kenny come, as he was the reason he was able to come to Hawaii in the first place. Kenny is eventually allowed to attend, and he later writes to his friends back in South Park that Butters appears to be feeling better with every passing day. Later, when the Hawaiians begin to band tourists from entering, they threaten to kill Kenny, but Butters angrily protests, and says that Kenny is the only person at school who he likes. The natives allow Kenny to prove himself as their ally by surfboarding, and Butters warns him to be careful. Kenny ends up falling into the river, and is swept away by the current, much to Butters' concern. The two are eventually reunited when Kenny returns on a raft full of chi-chi ingredients, and the two of them are both honored as native Hawaiians.
Bunny is a very popular ship in the South Park fandom. Many fans find the pairing adorable, as well as believe it to be one of the more healthy and stable relationships in the show. Several pieces of fan art and fiction have been created for the pairing, and it is also the third most-written about ship in the fandom on Archive of our Own, only behind Creek and Style, all of which have 2,000+ results.
One of the ship's main detractors is the fact that Kenny is heavily implied to be heterosexual, due to one of his defining character traits being his extreme attraction to women, emphasized by him often talking about breasts and having sex with women. However, fans of this ship and other LGBT ships involving Kenny tend to head cannon him as bisexual or pansexual. The exact origin of the ship is somewhat ambiguous, although it gained significant attention after their first on-screen interaction, along with the confirmation of their friendship in the episode "Going Native."
