The company originated from a merger of Major H Productions and Brian Grazer Productions.
Visuals: On a black background, there is a single eyeball bouncing until it reaches the I-Imagine Entertainment logo; the logo itself is the outline of the letter "i" composed with a stylized face in the background. Both the eyeball and the logo move to the center, where it stops.
