Possui efeito antioxidante por estimular a enzima superóxido desmutase. Com este mecanismo, os peptídeos de cobre se tornam benéficos para os tratamentos em que há a necessidade de reparação tecidual, como, os tratamentos anti-aging, pós peeling, pós laser, cicatrizantes e antiinflamatórios.
