On September 2, 2020, the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment, the Honorable Ellen Lord, announced the Back-to-Basics (BtB) initiative – the first major reform of the defense acquisition workforce management framework since the early 1990’s. Our world has changed and the future promises even more change.
