    • Pensamento estratégico. Entre os empregos com salários mais altos, a habilidade interpessoal mais procurada é o pensamento estratégico, presente em cerca de 65% dos anúncios de vagas.
    • Negociação. As habilidades de negociação desempenham um papel essencial para tudo, desde fazer discursos de vendas até garantir e finalizar contratos comerciais, buscar a satisfação do cliente, lidar com situações delicadas no trabalho e garantir que ambas as partes concordem mutuamente.
