Old Town Bridge Tower (Czech: Staroměstská mostecká věž) is a gothic monument located in Prague, Czech Republic. Its construction began in 1357 AD, during the rule of the Emperor Charles IV. This Gothic tower is guarding one end of Charles Bridge and the entrance to the Old Town. It was built by Emperor Charles IV according to designs by Petr Parler in the mid-14th century. For the great views, visitors must pay 150 CZK (6 euros) and climb 138 steps to the viewing gallery.
