16 de jul. de 2023 · GPU fans won't spin unless the graphics card is under load. If your card's fans aren't spinning when they should, clean the blades and make sure nothing is blocking them. You should also check that no GPU settings are preventing the fans from running and that your drivers are up-to-date.

18 de abr. de 2023 · 1. If you have access to a known working power supply, install that one and recheck if your graphics card and its fans turn on. If it turns on, the original PSU may be faulty. If it doesn’t turn on, it may be that your motherboard and/or graphics card are faulty.
2 de out. de 2019 · by default most nvidia or depending on which brand (asus,msi,gigabyte,evga etc.) have a set default profile setting for the fans, usually it will only start spinning when you reach around ~60c....

- Yes, the fans run initially at boot... until the gfx driver package loads. Then the fans are under its control. Your temps sound about right for id...
