    Unsolved: Picnic Panic is a quest in Fallout 76, introduced in the Wild Appalachia update.

    The quest begins upon reading the note on Calvin van Lowe's bulletin board in his room at Van Lowe Taxidermy or pinned to the bottom of the bulletin board in Grafton Station.   4. The next stop is Mary Tinley's home, located to the northwest of Clarksburg, inside a half-submerged trailer. The clue here is in the backback (best searched after dispatching the ghoulified remains of Mary's father, Harvey Tinley).
