Catastrophe Crow was a video game developed by Opus Interactive, led by Manfred Lorenz. Originally intended for a 1999 release for the Nintendo 64, multiple delays caused the game to never release to the public.
Manfred Lorenz is a real person but from my understanding he never did anything in game design. He was a German football coach.
