Police Cars are emergency vehicles that were used by police for transportation during patrols and to enable them to respond to incidents and chase law-breakers. These police cars appeared in The Incredibles and Incredibles 2.
In fact, some of the vehicle designs in the film were eventually reused in the following film Cars, like the firetruck , the police car and a blue Hudson Hornet . This is also the only Pixar film where the Pizza Planet truck is nowhere to be seen.

Incredibles 2 is a 2018 American animated superhero film produced by Pixar Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures. Written and directed by Brad Bird, it is the sequel to The Incredibles (2004) and the second full-length installment of the franchise.
The Police Officers are minor characters in The Incredibles and Incredibles 2. They serve as the police of Municiberg, Metroville, and New Urbem. Police officers are first shown in the beginning where they chase armed fugitive bandits in Municiberg.
However, at the theater the Parrs witness a car of bank-robbers armed with machine guns being chased by the police driving down the street. They leave Tony at the theater as Violet promises to be back in time for the movie.
Incredibles 2 is the seventh Pixar film scored by Michael Giacchino following The Incredibles, Ratatouille, Up, Cars 2, Inside Out, and Coco. It's also the first Pixar sequel to a film he has previously scored.
