This route is tiny! As you exit the Rock Tunnel from the north, you will immediately see yet another trainer. Actually, there are two more to the left and one right next to the passage to Lavender Town. You don't have to fight if you don't want to, but you might as well take the challenge if your Pokémon are still healthy.

Route 10. Route 10 is a route seperated by the Rock Tunnel. At the northern part of the route there is a Pokémon Centre by the entrance to the Rock Tunnel. In the middle of the route, accessible only by surfing down the river on Route 9, is the Power Plant.
