6 de abr. de 2019 · The achievement requires you to read all eight books, all of which can be found in Dalaran at eight fixed locations. Each book always spawns at the same spawnpoint, but shares this spawnpoint with 3-4 other (Fake) books that do not count toward the achievement.

The books spawn at fixed locations.The fixed locations, when they spawn real books, always spawn the same titles – the titles do not move between the spawn points, so you can predict where to wait for specific titles.Once spawned, the book stays until read.Once someone opens the books, it lasts for 3 minutes. Anyone can read the book during those 3 minutes, and you will not experience a "This item is busy" warning even if you are not the only one there.If you're actively farming for this achievement, consider teaming up with other players, or creating a public channel where you can share locations. The Schools of Arcane Magic are a series of in-game books relating to the Higher Learning achievement. They were written by the notable Ansirem Runeweaver. They can be found only in the Northrend Dalaran and, unlike most books, despawn after being read.
The Kirin Tor Familiar is an arcane elemental vanity pet that may be obtained after completing the Higher Learning achievement. This achievement requires you to read eight different books on The Schools of Arcane Magic (which is a reference to the schools of magic in Dungeons & Dragons).
