Brendan Abell Hurson (born 1977) is an American lawyer from Maryland who is serving as a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. He previously served as a United States magistrate judge of the same court from 2022 to 2023.

On February 7, 2022, Judge Hurson was sworn in as a United States Magistrate Judge. On March 21, 2023, the President nominated Judge Hurson to serve as a United States District Judge. The Senate confirmed Judge Hurson's nomination on October 4, 2023, and President Biden signed his commission on Ocober 6, 2023.
