Princess Marie of Windisch-Graetz (11 December 1856 – 9 August 1929) was an Austrian noblewoman and a noted archaeologist.
On 11 February 1990 in Salzburg, Sophie Habsburg married Prince Mariano Hugo of Windisch-Graetz, member of the House of Windisch-Graetz. They had three children, one of whom, Prince Alexis Ferdinand, died in a car accident in 2010.
Princess Marie of Windisch-Graetz (1856–1929) was a daughter of Hugo, Prince of Windisch-Grätz, and Princess Louise of Mecklenburg-Schwerin (herself the eldest daughter of Grand Duke Paul Frederick and Princess Alexandrine of Prussia ).
