Omid Nouripour (German pronunciation: [ˈoːmɪt ˈnuːʁipuːɐ̯]; Persian: امید نوریپور [oˈmiːd nuːɾiːˈpuːɾ]; born 18 June 1975) is a German-Iranian politician of the Alliance '90/The Greens who has been serving as a member of the Bundestag since 2006, representing the state of Hesse.

Omid Nouripour (en persan : امید نوری پور ), né le 18 juin 1975 à Téhéran ( Iran ), est un homme politique allemand, membre de l' Alliance 90 / Les Verts. Il succède à Joschka Fischer au Bundestag le 2 décembre 2006[ 1]. Élu ensuite le 27 septembre 2009, il est réélu continuellement depuis 2013.

Juni 1975 in Teheran (Iran); Muslim; verheiratet; ein Kind. 1979 bis 1988 Grund- und Mittelschule in Teheran; 1988 bis 1996 Gymnasium und Abitur in Frankfurt a.M.; 1996 bis 2004 Studium Deutsche Philologie, Politikwissenschaft, Philosophie und Rechtswissenschaft in Mainz (ohne Abschluss).
Omid Nouripour was the ranking member of the Green Party parliamentary group in the Foreign Affairs Committee during the 19th legislative period and the Green Party's spokesman on foreign affairs. He was re-elected to the Bundestag in the September 2021 federal election and won the seat in his constituency.
