Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, em urdu میاں محمد نواز شریف, (Lahore, 25 de dezembro de 1949) é um político paquistanês, que foi por três vezes primeiro-ministro de seu país de 1990 até 1993, de 1997 até 1999 e de 2013 até 2017. [1] Seu partido político é o PML-N (grupo de Nawaz).
Born into the upper-middle-class Sharif family in Lahore, Nawaz is the son of Muhammad Sharif, the founder of Ittefaq and Sharif groups. He is the elder brother of Shehbaz Sharif, who also served as prime minister of Pakistan from 2022 to 2023 and from 2024 to present.
