Count Kázmér Antal Ferenc Batthyány de Németújvár (3 June 1807 – 13 July 1854) was a Hungarian politician, who served as Minister of Foreign Affairs during the Hungarian Revolution of 1848.
Németújvári gróf Batthyány Kázmér Antal Ferenc (Pozsony, 1807. június 3. – Párizs, 1854. július 13.) reformkori liberális ellenzéki vezető, az 1848–49-es forradalom és szabadságharc alatt pedig főispán, kormánybiztos és a Szemere-kormány tagjaként Magyarország első külügyminisztere volt.

Count Kázmér Antal Ferenc Batthyány de Németújvár was a Hungarian politician, who served as Minister of Foreign Affairs during the Hungarian Revolution of 1848. At the beginning he was a conservative aristocrat politician but his views changed after a journey to Western Europe.
On 7 April 1848 he was appointed as Minister beside the King in the first cabinet of Hungary which was controlled by Count Lajos Batthyány. His role was as the mediator between Vienna and the Hungarian government.
