THE TECHNO SCENE. When he arrived in Paris in 1989, Joachim Garraud worked as a DJ at the “Boy”, an avant-garde club where the 1st Techno parties appeared. He will also mix at the Rex Club and the Queen during this period where he will also produce titles with Laurent Garnier.
