Gustavo Augusto Poyet Domínguez (Spanish pronunciation: [ˈɡus poˈʝet]; born 15 November 1967) is a Uruguayan professional football manager and former footballer. He last coached Greece. Poyet played as a midfielder and began his career with short spells at Grenoble and River Plate.

In Zaragoza he was, and still is, an idol to the local fans. He joined in 1990, played 239 games in the Spanish First Division and scored 63 goals in seven seasons.
