Eugene Clifton Stallings Jr. (born March 2, 1935) is a former American football player and coach. He played college football at Texas A&M University (1954–1956), where he was one of the " Junction Boys ", and later served as the head coach at his alma mater from 1965 to 1971.

Gene Stallings is a former head coach of Texas A&M and Alabama, who led the Crimson Tide to the 1992 National Championship. He is also a member of several other sports halls of fame and a former NFL coach.
A member of College Football Hall of Fame coach Bear Bryant's "Junction Boys" as a player at Texas A&M, Stallings returned to his alma mater in 1965 as head coach. In his third season, the Aggies captured the Southwest Conference title and defeated Bryant's Alabama team in the Cotton Bowl.
