Biography. Evelyn (Moreton) Byng is Notable. Evelyn Moreton was the daughter of the Hon. Sir Richard Charles Reynolds-Moreton and Janie Ralli. Her father was comptroller at Rideau Hall, Ottawa, during the term of the Marquess of Lorne as governor-general of Canada.
