Donald Tsang Yam Kuen KBE (chinês tradicional: 曾蔭權, Pinyin: Zēng Yīnquán; 7 de outubro de 1944) [1] [2] é um ex-funcionário público de Hong Kong que serviu como segundo Chefe do Executivo de Hong Kong de 2005 a 2012.

30 de abr. de 2024 · Donald Tsang (born October 7, 1944, Hong Kong) is a politician in Hong Kong and was the second chief executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR) of China (2005–12). Tsang grew up in Hong Kong. He joined the Hong Kong Civil Service in 1967.
Tsang then became the director of the Office of the Chief Executive, working directly for his friend Donald Tsang. He held the post from 2006 to June 2007. Financial Secretary Tsang in 2010. In 2007, Tsang was appointed Financial Secretary of Hong Kong when Donald Tsang began his second term.
Incumbent Chief Executive Donald Tsang was re-elected, defeating the pro-democracy challenger, legislator Alan Leong of the Civic Party by 649 to 123 votes in the 796-member Election Committee dominated by the pro-Beijing electors.
