Château-d'Œx es la comuna más grande del cantón de Vaud. Forman parte de la comuna las localidades de Gérignoz, La Coula, La Lécherette, Le Mont, Le Pré, Les Bossons, Les Combos, Les Granges, Les Moulins, L'Etivaz y Sciernes-Picat.
