Su primer partido fue el 25 de agosto frente al colegio St. Catherine's, ganando éste por 1 a 0. A nivel país, a fines de la década del 60 solo tres entidades aglutinaban el hockey nacional: Asociación Argentina, Asociación del Litoral y Federación Cordobesa.
La Confederación Argentina de Hockey es el organismo que conduce el hockey sobre césped y pista en la República Argentina. Es miembro de la Federación Internacional de Hockey, de la Federación Panamericana de Hockey y del Comité Olímpico Argentino. 2 Actualmente el presidente de la institución es Aníbal Fernández .
The Argentina national ice hockey team (Spanish: Selección de hockey sobre hielo de Argentina) is the national men's ice hockey team of Argentina. The team is controlled by the Argentine Association of Ice and In-Line Hockey (AAHHL) and has been an associate member of the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) since 31 May 1998. [2]
