Anna Alexandrovna Vyrubova (née Taneyeva; Russian: А́нна Алекса́ндровна Вы́рубова (Тане́ева)); 16 July 1884 – 20 July 1964) was a lady-in-waiting in the late Russian Empire, the best friend and confidante of Empress Alexandra Fyodorovna.

Biographies - Anna Vyrubova. Anna Alexandrovna Vyrubova was the daughter of Alexander Sergievich Tanieff, who was a famous composer and Director of the Private Imperial Chancellery. Anna had a brother, Serge and a sister Aleksandra. They lived the typical life of a young Russian noble children.
The Tsar had a study and a bedroom with a bathroom. Between their apartments there was the so-called Green Living Room which was at the same time Music Room. The nurseries were in the opposite end of the passage. A big dining-room with a long table was on the upper deck. It could easily seat 40 people.
