Tetsuya Takahashi is a Japanese video game designer, writer and director, known for his work on Final Fantasy, Chrono Trigger, Xenogears and Xenoblade Chronicles. He is the co-founder and CCO of Monolith Soft, and is married to Soraya Saga, another former Squaresoft employee.

Tetsuya Takahashi is a Senior Director and Chief Creative Officer at Monolith Soft. Throughout his career, he has been the main responsible of the Xeno meta series at Square and Monolith, which includes the Xenoblade Chronicles series.
